🎲 Do I need to bring my own board games, or are they provided?
You’re welcome to bring your own games, but you’ll be responsible for them. Don’t worry, though—we’ve got you covered with over 150 board games in our library, ready to be borrowed and played. You can check the full list on our website a few weeks before the event!
📖 How does the board game library work?
Browse our collection online or in person, and on the day pick a game and check it out with a member of our team. Once you’re done, simply return it to the desk so others can enjoy it too!
🃏 What types of games will be available?
We’ve got everything—from classics like Guess Who to more advanced titles like Arcs. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the choices, our team is happy to help you find the perfect game for the day!
Beginner Friendly
🆕 I’ve never played board games before—can I still attend?
Of course! Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned gamer, there’s something for everyone. We’ll help you find a great game and get started in just 10 minutes!
🐉 Do I need to register in advance for Dungeons & Dragons or Blood on the Clocktower sessions?
- Dungeons & Dragons: Yes! Ticket holders will receive a link a few weeks before the event to book a game session.
- Blood on the Clocktower: No need to book! We’ll have at least three games running at once from early afternoon, and you can sign up at the registration desk for the next available session. No experience is needed for either game—just come ready to play!
Facilities & Amenities
🍽️ Will food and drinks be available?
Yes! The RSL Bistro offers food and drinks throughout the day. Please note that alcohol is not permitted in the MacArthur Lounge, as this is a family-friendly event.
♿ Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Raffles & Prizes
🎟️ How do I enter the raffles, and when will winners be announced?
We’ll have lucky door prizes as well as premium raffle prizes available for purchase on the day. Agenda for the day will be on the screen however the raffles will be in the afternoon.
🏆 What kind of prizes can I win?
Expect board games and board-game-related items! More details will be announced on our website as we get closer to the event.

🪑 Do I need to book a table for free play?
Nope! Just find an open table, grab a game, and start playing—simple as that.
🔄 Can I leave and re-enter the event throughout the day?
Yes! If you leave, we may re-check your ticket upon re-entry.
